30DAIH: Day Eighteen

Day Eighteen: Draw a car. Negative points for whining. Hint: Use a perspective grid.

Cars! I should have draw a character from that cartoon movie Cars! That would have been good for a laugh, I have need one after the pass couple of days. I seriously thought I was losing it. my abililty to draw that is.

I don't mind drawing cars, so long as I have a good reference, this one was taken from a book so I can't link anything.

So I was chatting with a friend and he was saying to put my name into the all of my drawing...He says that everyone needs something that sets artists apart, and he knows someone who always put a butterfly in her paintings. He did not say who or if they were even of dA, even when I asked for him to e-mail the links to painting to compare or see what he was chatting about, he wouldn't. Starting to think he is having a laugh with me.

So for a little while I am going to put my name some where, if I like it, remember to do it or get used to it I'll just carry on.


There are a few mistakes here, so as always I'll ask anyone who comes across my drawing, how can I improve? What could I have done differently?
